Contract Administration

At KURIT we are experienced Contract Administrators. Irrespective of whether a contract is bespoke or standard (such as JCT), it sets out the administrative ‘rules’ under which the parties must work as they undertake a project. Although many parties choose to ignore the administrative requirements of the contract, at KURIT we believe that detailed knowledge and the efficient implementation of the contracts administrative requirements are the key to a successful project.  

 

At Kurit we are familiar with many standard and bespoke forms of contract. The KURIT team has extensive experience in undertaking roles as the employer’s agent, the project lead as NEC Project Manager and in supporting roles to the Architect in traditionally procured projects. Our background in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Engineering and Construction Law gives KURIT the unique ability to perform this administration role for our clients irrespective of the size and complexity of a project.
